Exchange / Return Policy


All product(s) are checked carefully before deliver to you. Please contact us at support@explosoft.net

If the received product(s) is incorrect or defect :-

    • Under normal circumstances, we do not offer exchange, return or refund.
    • Slight variation of size and/or color is not considered a defect.
    • Failure to do any of the stated policies or terms and conditions herein may result in your exchange being rejected.

    When exchanging damaged or faulty products or incorrect deliveries, we will dispatch replacement items to you free of charge provided you first return the products in your order to us in the condition in which you received them.


    Requirements for a valid return:-

    • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.);

    • Proof of payment;
    • Reason for return has to be valid with the return acceptance conditions met.

    Change of Mind:-

    • Explosoft International Sdn Bhd will not entertained for return and refund request due to change of mind.

    Please use courier service for returns unless otherwise specified. The costs for returning the non-conforming products will be borne by the Seller.

    We reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return of a product.
